Swan Housing Association names new chair

Swan Housing Association has named Pat Billingham as its new chair. Billingham will take the post on 1 October, when Valerie Owen steps down. Billingham’s non-executive career includes time as vice chair of G15 Catalyst Housing. She spent 17 years as a partner at Ernst & Young, advising multi-national and FTSE 100 clients.
