Plans to regenerate Elm Grove Estate and 216-220 High Street in Sutton, south London, have been given the go-ahead.
The plans, created by Levitt Bernstein for Sutton Council, are set to add up to 282 homes, including 83 affordable homes. These will be delivered across seven blocks of flats.
Alongside the residential element, up to 6,243 sq ft of space at 216-220 High Street will be retained, refurbished and extended to provide town centre community uses.
