It plans to invest £48m into this between its 2021 and 2026 financial years.
The proposed development of the 52-acre site, at Stafford North Business Park, includes a purpose-built warehouse unit, a three-storey office and two double-storey hub offices.
The proposals also include a new roundabout on the A34 Stone Road and a development access road serving the warehouse. An additional 100,000 sq ft of expansion land is also available.
Construction is set to start on site in 2021, pending consent from Stafford Borough Council.
Dan Gallagher, joint managing director at Stoford, said: “Our proposals for Stafford North Business Park have been submitted following an extensive online stakeholder and public consultation.
“We believe this development has the potential to become one of Staffordshire’s key employment sites, and will make a valuable contribution in sustaining jobs in the region during a challenging period for the local and national economy.”
Stoford has so far completed commercial developments totalling more than 14m sq ft, collectively valued at more than £1bn.
