Stoford adds Wickes to Leamington’s Spa Park
Stoford has leased a new facility in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, to home improvement retailer Wickes.
The 15-year deal was signed for the 38,650 sq ft Unit A at Spa Park. The zero-carbon building has BREEAM Excellent certification and an EPC A rating.
Spa Park is located off Tachbrook Road, near junctions 14 and junction 15 of the M40. The scheme comprises nine buildings, totalling 500,000 sq ft of office, research and development, production and distribution accommodation.

Existing occupiers at Spa Park include Berry Global, Bladon Micro Turbine, Liberty Commodities, Martin Sprocket & Gear and Opus International Products.
