Stenprop has promoted Will Lutton to head of investment.
He joined Stenprop in June 2017 as an investment manager as part of the acquisition of C2 Capital.
Lutton will lead on all UK acquisitions and disposals as the company pursues its goal of becoming leading multilet industrial business in the UK.
Lutton started his career at Land Securities Trillium (now Telereal Trillium) in 2009, where he helped grow the UK investment portfolio, focusing on regional industrial and office investment opportunities.
Julian Carey, executive property director of Stenprop, said: “Will has done a fantastic job over the past few years building Stenprop’s presence in the UK industrial market and successfully acquiring 35 industrial estates in addition to a number of substantial disposals from our non-multilet industrial portfolio.
“I am delighted that he is now head of investment, taking responsibility for all our UK investment activities and at the same time joins our senior management team”.
