Stanhope’s White City scheme secures a new tenant
Hong Kong-headquartered sister companies Global Brands Group and Li & Fung are to relocate from their European base at the Woolworth Building in Marylebone to Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo’s White City Place scheme.
The aim of the move is to create a more adaptable workforce and help each company continue to grow in Europe.
The $3.2bn-turnover branded fashion company and fashion supply chain management specialist are to occupy the entire 50,500 sq ft of space on the fifth floor at the WestWorks building.
Hong Kong-headquartered sister companies Global Brands Group and Li & Fung are to relocate from their European base at the Woolworth Building in Marylebone to Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo’s White City Place scheme.

Other tenants in the building include ITV Studios, which has 350 staff located on-site, tech firms Attention Seekers and Arts Alliance Media, and pharmaceutical giant Novartis.
Average rents in the area are £60 per sq ft.
David Camp, chief executive of Stanhope, said: “Global Brands Group and Li & Fung will be a great addition to the fantastic mix of tech, creative and fashion companies already based at White City Place, and will help cement White City’s position as a leading global business district for world-class companies.”
