Quarry Walk Park, a 46-acre holiday park in Alton, Staffordshire, has been put up for sale. The asset is marketed by CBRE, with a price in the region of £7.8m. The self-catering accommodation is an established holiday park comprising 44 lodges, 21 glamping pods with a dedicated caravan, motorhome and trailer tent area.
