St Modwen senior director rejoins Cushman & Wakefield
St Modwen senior director David Binks has returned to Cushman & Wakefield as an international partner.
Binks left C&W in 2018 after a decade at the agency, latterly leading the logistics & industrial business at its Birmingham office.
He has worked at St Modwen for three years as a senior director of leasing, where he was tasked with co-ordinating the company’s leasing activities and identifying opportunities to develop its industrial portfolio.

Binks left C&W in 2018 after a decade at the agency, latterly leading the logistics & industrial business at its Birmingham office.
He has worked at St Modwen for three years as a senior director of leasing, where he was tasked with co-ordinating the company’s leasing activities and identifying opportunities to develop its industrial portfolio.
At C&W, Binks will head up the firm’s Midlands logistics & industrial team, which is based in Birmingham. He will be responsible for business development and providing disposal, acquisition and development advice to landlords, institutional funds and corporate occupiers.
Separately, the agency has also appointed Roger Reid as a partner in its Thames Valley team. Reid has joined C&W after setting up his own business, Elmtree Commercial.
Before that, Reid worked for Haslams for 15 years, latterly as an associate partner in the commercial team.
He will be offering disposal advice for a variety of institutional and private landlords, as well as occupier advice for corporate clients.
