Springfield Properties has been given the nod for its first PRS scheme, Bertha Park Village in Perth, Scotland.
Perth and Kinross Council has approved the construction of 75 homes, comprising 22 two-bedroom houses, 49-three bedroom homes and four four-bedroom homes.
Chief executive Innes Smith said: “The development of PRS housing will also further diversify our revenue streams and provide additional visibility over future sales.”
