Southampton’s £40m low-carbon logistics scheme approved

Graftongate and Bridges Fund Management have been granted planning consent to develop a low-carbon industrial and logistics facility near Southampton.

The gross development value of the building is expected to be around £40m.

The 135,000 sq ft scheme, known as Nursling 135, will sit on a six-acre site at Nursling Industrial Estate, near junction three of the M27. The site was acquired by the partners last year.
