Raymond Estates has received planning approval to demolish and replace 21 Great Windmill Street, W1.
The new building, designed by Nick Shipp Architects, would provide replacement restaurant space over the basement, ground and first floor levels.
The second to fourth floors would be used as a new three-bedroom flat.
