The value of the Soho Estates portfolio has exceeded £1bn for the first time, according to the company’s latest full-year results, lodged with Companies House.
The firm, a subsidiary of Soho Estates Holdings, saw its estate value rise above £1bn in the year to March 31 2019, from £975.6m the year before.
The firm also reported a profit for the year of £26.7m (down from £36.9m the previous year) and £33.7m in turnover, up from £28.9m in 2018. However, finance director Rachel Kennedy attributed this to a one-off property revaluation gain a year earlier.
