Sirius Real Estate adds four to BizSpace team

Sirius Real Estate has appointed four new directors to the BizSpace senior management team to move the UK flexible working platform to the next stage of its growth plans. Martin Hanratty was named as a property director to oversee the expansion of the BizSpace platform through asset management and value creation strategies. Vincent Scammell will join as a sales and operations director to oversee the acceleration of BizSpace’s customer sales and lettings activities and to standardise operational processes across the platform. He has previously worked at Lyreco Group and Regus. Anthony Payne, has been promoted internally from Sirius’ German platform to director for the BizSpace platform, where he will  specialise in data management. Simon Daggett was appointed as marketing director, where he will be responsible for transforming BizSpace’s approach to marketing activities by replicating the innovative in-house digital marketing platform used by Sirius’ German business. He has previously been a part of the global management team at DHL Global Forwarding. They will all join by the end of April and will report into Andrew Coombs until a permanent head of BizSpace has been appointed.
