Cambridge GaN Devices, the semiconductor spin-out of the University of Cambridge, has doubled up on its footprint at St John’s Innovation Park as it expands its team.

The company has signed for an additional 3,995 sq ft at the three-storey Jeffreys Building, doubling its existing office space to almost 8,000 sq ft.

The additional space will provide the company with more teamwork rooms, standing tables and brainstorming areas.
