Investor Sellar has named the former head of real estate at Schroders and deputy chief executive of Savills Investment Management as non-executive advisers.
The company, whose projects include London’s Shard Quarter, said Duncan Owen, formerly of Schroders, will become senior adviser to the board. He will be joined by Kiran Patel, Savills IM’s global chief investment officer and deputy chief executive.
Sellar chief executive James Sellar described the hires as “a real statement of our intent”, adding that Owen and Patel would help the business to “source capital partners that share our ambition to drive change as we focus on the triple bottom line, placing ESG at the heart of our process”.
