Schroder REIT collected 88% of rent for Q2, as its portfolio value inched up to £451.1m.
So far it has also collected 90% of rents due from the previous quarter, although the difference between industrial, with 99% paid, and retail, with just 66%, is stark.
The industrial-heavy fund also announced a 4.1% increase in NAV to £309.1m in today’s quarterly update.
