Developer Evans Randall Investors has completed a £22m refinancing with Schroders Capital of Thavies Inn House, an office redevelopment scheme on Holborn Circus, EC1.
The loan sees Schroders Capital replace Aareal in backing the project, for which Evans Randall received planning permission earlier this year. The 10-storey building will comprise 90,000 sq ft of workspace as well as shops.
Tenants that have signed up for space include café Iris & June and advisory firm Hansuke Consulting
