Schroders and Legal & General Capital have signed around 30,000 sq ft of new retail lettings at the Lexicon shopping centre in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Fashion brand Mango has taken 6,200 sq ft for 10 years with an expected opening in spring 2025.
Tesco Express has signed for 2,599 sq ft at Princess Square in Lexicon for 10 years, and Dunelm has taken 15,000 sq ft.
The shopping centre will also welcome Optical Center, which has taken 2,144 sq ft.
The deals follow the recent signing of Levi’s, which opened a 3,885 sq ft store in October.
Existing tenants McDonald’s, Mobile Bitz and Footlocker have also extended their leases at the Lexicon, with McDonald’s signing until 2038.
Lexicon saw an 11% increase in its footfall during the first half of 2024.
The shopping centre is owned by a joint venture between Schroder UK Real Estate Fund and Legal & General Capital. In 2019, it underwent a £30m redevelopment.
Tom Woolven, asset manager at Schroders Capital, said: “The retail landscape has been very challenging in recent years – but it is testament to the strength of Bracknell as a retail destination that that we continue to welcome high-profile brands and new flagship tenants to the scheme.”
CBRE and Lunson Mitchenall are joint agents for Lexicon.
