Schroder REIT reveals flurry of deals
Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust has agreed a series of deals across three of its assets in Manchester, Norwich and York.
The biggest letting was at the Union Park industrial estate in Norwich where motorsport manufacturer Quentor has agreed a 10-year lease for 39,935 sq ft, starting at £4.50 per sq ft for years one and two and rising to £5 per sq ft by year four.
Telecommunications company Qualitas has signed a three-year lease for 3,400 sq ft at Union Park at £5.34 per sq ft.

At City Tower in Manchester, three lettings have been signed with the REIT.
US-based Cyber Risk Management has signed for 5,500 sq ft on the 28th floor at £26 per sq ft, architect Sheppard Robson has signed for 2,160 sq ft on the 27th floor at £29.50 per sq ft, and Triple Two Coffee has taken 1,660 sq ft of retail space at £17,500 per annum.
At Clifton Park in York, Schroder has agreed to remove the tenant break option for construction company Balfour Beatty, fixing the rent review at £15.25 per sq ft in return for six months rent-free.
