Scarborough Group has appointed Rachel Vickers as senior commercial manager in its property team. The hire – the group’s seventh in 12 months – follows the promotion of Adam Varley to development director.
Vickers, who has previously held posts at Colliers, Hermes and Lambert Smith Hampton, will lead on the asset management and leasing strategy for Scarborough’s major development and investment projects across the UK.
Scarborough’s pipeline includes the 3.25m sq ft Thorpe Park Leeds, a new sports, health and wellbeing-focused life sciences park in Sheffield, and a 120-acre industrial and logistics development site in Rosyth.
