Developer Urban & Provincial has appointed Savills to market a £125m GDV site in south east London.
The Coal Yard, on Shakespeare Road, Herne Hill, has been put on the market for overs over £30m. The 1.46-acre site currently comprises a waste management facility that has prior planning permission for 218 homes. The homes include 151 private flats, 23 intermediate flats and 44 affordable rented flats.
Marketing documents seen by EG say the site has strong potential for alternative uses such as build-to-rent, PBSA or co-living.
