Alex Dawson, Savills’ head of public sector consultancy, has passed away.
Dawson was diagnosed with motor neurone disease last autumn. The agency said that he had “confronted his disease with extraordinary courage, determination and dignity” during his final months.
James Sparrow, Savills’ chief executive for the UK and EMEA, said: “I am truly grateful to have many great memories of working alongside Alex as both a colleague and a friend. He was an intelligent, gentle, kind, fun-loving and thoroughly decent man and we will all miss him enormously.”
