The firm, which is currently based in Enfield Chambers at 18 Low Pavement, has agreed a deal with the flex operator to take 32 desks at its Standard Court operation.
Victor Ktori, head of Savills Nottingham, said: “The East Midlands is a significant regional location for us, and this move within the city centre reinforces our commitment to Nottingham and the wider region.
“Serviced offices are becoming increasingly popular among our client base as they provide high-quality amenities, ready-to-use spaces and the ability to scale up if required, and this flexibility and adaptability really appealed to us.”
He added: “We have carefully considered our options and the quality offering from Cubo will allow our multi-disciplined team to be collaborative while benefitting from on-site opportunities to network, exercise and socialise. We are certain this move will help us continue to attract the best talent, while offering an impressive new home for our existing team which will help to foster positive wellbeing and a happy, hardworking culture.”
Cubo bought the long leasehold on the 50,000 sq ft Standard Court, the former headquarters of Nottingham General Hospital, in April 2022 and undertook a refurbishment of the building, turning it into a 630-desk flex space. It reopened in October last year.
