Savills appoints roadside specialist to the retail and F&B team
Savills has appointed Neil Grice as a director to strengthen firm’s roadside retail and F&B capabilities.
Grice has over 35 years of experience in the commercial property consultancy sector, specialising in roadside retail and F&B, including motorway service areas, drive thru developments, EV charging sites and Lorry Park developments.
At Savills, he will focus on these areas with a national mandate and will be based at firm’s London headquarters.

Prior to joining Savills, Grice founded property advisory firm Grice Collins Long (GCL) in 2006 and oversaw its growth as managing director.
