Local Aberdeen developers Narden Services Ltd and Jaymarke Developments are close to signing up Sainsbury Homebase for the 3,808 sq m (41,000 sq ft) anchor unit at Inverness Retail & Business Park.
Last year the developers secured Tesco for the 6,015 sq m (64,750 sq ft) superstore and now have plans for 10,683 sq m (115,000 sq ft) non food retail, 55,740 sq m (600,000 sq ft) business park and 5,574 sq m (60,000 sq ft) leisure.
