Sage takes more than 200,000 sq ft in Newcastle
Enterprise software company Sage has leased more than 203,000 sq ft at Cobalt Business Park in Newcastle upon Tyne.
In what is reported to be the largest letting in the North East office market so far this year, Sage will move from its existing offices in North Park to Highbridge Properties’ units at Cobalt Business Park by the end of 2020.
Highbridge Properties has agreed for Sage to take 203,728 sq ft across two buildings, Cobalt 22 and 23, on a 15-year lease.

In what is reported to be the largest letting in the North East office market so far this year, Sage will move from its existing offices in North Park to Highbridge Properties’ units at Cobalt Business Park by the end of 2020.

Around 2,000 Sage staff will move to the new offices at Cobalt Business Park, which is home to existing tenants including Accenture, Siemens, DXC Technology and Proctor & Gamble.
