Ryden stays top in Radius DX Glasgow offices league table

With 54 deals and almost 550,000 sq ft of office space disposed of, Ryden has topped the Glasgow office league table for the third year in a row.

According to Radius Data Exchange, the past 12 months have proved to be a bumper period for the Glasgow office market, with the top five agents all disposing of more than 300,000 sq ft.

Ryden’s victory was all the more impressive as it was not involved in the year’s two biggest deals – 1 Atlantic Square and 177 Bothwell Street.

Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield prelet 187,205 sq ft at 1 Atlantic Square and  to HM Revenue & Customs. JLL acted for HMRC.

Knight Frank, with CBRE, also advised on the 110,955 sq ft preletting to Clydesdale Bank at HFD Property Group’s 177 Bothwell Street.
