RSM signs for Manchester’s Landmark
RSM UK has taken the 14,000 sq ft ninth floor of Barings Real Estate’s Landmark office scheme in Manchester.
The audit and tax consultant has signed a 15-year lease and plans to relocate 300 staff from Spinningfields to the St Peter’s Square offices.

The audit and tax consultant has signed a 15-year lease and plans to relocate 300 staff from Spinningfields to the St Peter’s Square offices.
The 180,000 sq ft Landmark development offers 14 floors of BREEAM Excellent and Wired Score Platinum certified office space with a focus on sustainability, customer experience and technological infrastructure. Occupiers include HSBC, Allianz Insurance, Grant Thornton, JLL and social enterprise Change Please. The building is also home to the Hana by Industrious Flex centre.
