RSK Group expands at Birmingham city centre office
RSK Group has signed a lease on further workspace at Lancaster House in Birmingham city centre.
The company has taken the fourth and fifth floors, totalling 4,477 sq ft, to relocate around 150 members of staff working across Fellows, CS2, EiB and Binnies, which RSK has recently acquired.

The company has taken the fourth and fifth floors, totalling 4,477 sq ft, to relocate around 150 members of staff working across Fellows, CS2, EiB and Binnies, which RSK has recently acquired.
In addition, RSK’s other subsidiary and an existing tenant, Copeland Wedge Associates, has signed a new reversionary lease on the third floor at Lancaster House. The deal covers 3,292 sq ft from 2025.
Gary Parkinson, group property and assets director at RSK, said: “Lancaster House offers a high-profile base in an ideal location close to clients and just minutes from Birmingham city centre’s core, bus stops and rail and Metro connections. The available office space has allowed us to co-locate these new businesses, bringing us further efficiencies.”
Lancaster House is a 40,000 sq ft office building located at the junction of Newhall Street and Great Charles Street. It is owned and operated by Custodian Property Income REIT.
Other occupiers in the building include Blackhams Solicitors, Realty Law, Bell Cornwall Recruitment and Quantem Consulting.
