Royal London takes top floors at EightyFen

Royal London has taken 55,000 sq ft at EightyFen, EC3, to be its new London HQ. EightyFen’s owners, YardNine and Partners Group, said the insurer will occupy the top four floors of the 14-storey grade-A office development, joining Arcadis, which took 40,000 sq ft across floors five and six earlier this year. EightyFen was completed in October 2020 and provides more than 240,000 sq ft of offices, rated BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Platinum.
