RivingtonHark signs gym operator to Liverpool’s St Johns centre
RivingtonHark, the owner of Liverpool’s St Johns shopping centre, has signed up XF Gym to take on a unit at the centre.
The gym operator’s second UK site will take on a 30,000 sq ft former Wilko store on a 25-year lease term and is expected to open in autumn this year.
The facility will feature an open-plan workout zone, a women-only space, as well as a variety of fitness classes, including yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing, dance, and cycling.

XF opened its first site at Merry Hill shopping centre in the West Midlands in 2024.
St Johns spans over 540,000 sq ft and hosts several retail and leisure brands including JD Sports, Aldi, The LFC Store, Boom Battle Bar, Sainsbury’s, Home Bargains, and McDonald’s.
