A review into the dismissal of four RICS non-executive directors in 2019 has been completed, with the body’s steering committee given a 400-plus page report on the matter.
Alison Levitt QC Levitt led a review into the dismissal of the non-executives after they questioned the handling of a critical financial report by BDO.
Kingsley Napley, the law firm that supported Levitt during the review, said the report has been passed to the chair of the governing council’s steering committee, adding: “Ms Levitt has advised the steering committee that the members of governing council should take time to consider her report before deciding what action to take in relation to it.”
