Richmond approves the Stag Brewery mixed-use scheme

Richmond Council has approved plans for a residential-led mixed-use scheme on the former Stag Brewery site in Mortlake, SW1.

Dartmouth Capital Advisors is developing the site on behalf of Singapore’s City Developments Limited, and has dubbed it the largest scheme in the borough.

The hybrid application will see 667 homes, including 138 affordable homes, on the site adjacent to Chiswick Bridge. It includes 33,000 sq ft of office space, a hotel, a care village with 150 assisted living units, a specialist care home for people with dementia, and a new secondary school.
