Retail specialists leave GCW to launch advisory firm
London-based retail specialist GCW has lost four high-profile retail and leisure agents who have left to launch their own firm.
Four & Co, an agency and advisory partnership, has been founded by Adam Cohen, Callum Mortimer, Gareth Storer and James Pearson to focus on the retail, leisure and alternatives sectors across the UK.
Storer said: “Over the past two years we have seen the pandemic transform our market, with occupiers and brands reappraising their property needs.

Pearson said the name was drawn from the four key disciplines represented by the team – lease advisory, landlord agency, tenant representation and investment agency.
He added: “Our combined experience in these areas will bring high-quality, seamless and holistic solutions to our clients up and down the country. Our aim is to deliver first-rate service and a proactive, data-led approach that is grounded in decades of experience, in-depth market knowledge and established relationships.”
