Restaurants tuck in to RREEF’s Milton Keynes theatre district

 

RREEF, the property investment arm of Deustche Bank, has let two more restaurant units at the latest phase of its Theatre District leisure development in Milton Keynes.

 

Restaurant chain Tragus has taken 3,858 sq ft for tapas restaurant Ortega at £75,000 pa, and the Fine Burger Company has taken 3,271 sq ft at £82,000 pa.

 

The Theatre District leisure scheme in the heart of Milton Keynes is a collection of resturants and bars, just off Lower Twelfth street , and includes a central public square and a fitness centre. It is anchored by the Milton Keynes Theatre.

 

Other tenants in the Theatre District include Bella Italia, Zizzi and Slug & Lettuce.
