BIDx1 chief operating officer Antony Schober said: “We have seen a positive response to our April auction from both vendors and bidders. The lots on offer were largely residential but the sale of more unique assets, such as the Young Farmers’ Club hut, shows that there is a demand for all asset types that provide an opportunity to enhance the capital value, and that our platform can support a wide range of properties.”
The next BidX1 digital auction in the UK takes place on 6 June.
