Regal London signs £85m affordable housing deal with Brent Council 

Regal London has signed an £85m partnership with Brent Council at its Wembley development, Fulton & Fifth. The council has agreed to purchase 294 homes to increase its stock of affordable homes. Regal’s scheme, which is due to complete in 2026, will comprise 876 homes, with 40% being offered as affordable. The mixed-use scheme will include one- to three-bedroom homes, as well as shops, cafés, creative workspaces and as public spaces for residents. The site was the old Euro Car Parts HQ and was acquired last year through a structured transaction by LaSalle Investment Management, with Regal London retained as development manager.
