Regal will launch a community engagement programme with its plans for the 0.24 acre site this summer.
The site, located close to Camden Lock Market, currently comprises a number of vacant buildings.
It is the second collaboration between Regal London and 4C Group after The Haydon, an 87-home project in Aldgate, EC3, reached practical completion earlier this month.
Marc Eden, investment director of Regal London, said: “Following hot on the heels of our joint success at The Haydon in Aldgate, this project in the heart of our home borough Camden will be an exciting addition to Regal London’s student portfolio.”
4C Group managing director Neil Taylor said: ‘‘This marks an exciting opportunity to engage and contribute to the vibrant community of Camden, while addressing the pressing need for purpose-built student accommodation and affordable housing.
“Our commitment to delivering high-quality projects that enhance urban landscapes aligns perfectly with Regal London’s vision, and we are proud to embark on this journey together and leave a lasting impact within Camden.’’
