Regal co-founder Paul Eden said: “The launch of this first partnership with Platform at Shoreditch Exchange is an exciting development for Regal London. We are able to capitalise on the great location and reputation that Shoreditch Exchange has built up with local professionals and to bring together the expertise of each of our organisations to create a really exciting proposition whilst maintaining all the features that tenants love about the building so far.”
The development, built and owned by Regal London, was completed in 2020 and includes 184 homes and 43,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space.
The new venture is being billed as the “debut” of the partnership’s co-working brand. It said that all spaces will be operated with a hospitality first approach on flexible terms.
Platform chief executive David Kaiser said: “Shoreditch Exchange is a unique building, perfectly located for east London businesses and people. We’re looking forward to introducing new elements to the space over the next few months, giving people even more of a reason to want to work in Shoreditch Exchange.”
