Redrow non-executive director and senior independent director, Debbie Hewitt MBE, is to retire from the housebuilder’s board following the close of the annual general meeting on 7 November 2018.
Nick Hewson will then be appointed to replace her as the senior independent director and chair of the nomination committee and Vanda Murray OBE will become chair of the remuneration committee.
