Redevco secures duo of tenants at Hanningtons Estate

Redevco has signed Charlotte Tilbury and independent fragrance brand Isle of Avalon at its Hanningtons Estate in Brighton. Charlotte Tilbury has signed for a 2,000 sq ft East Street shop on a 10-year lease, while Isle of Avalon has agreed a five-year lease for 736 sq ft shop at 1 Hanningtons Lane. The deals represent the final retail lettings at the 150,000 sq ft mixed-use development, which has been put on the market for £57m. Claire Yeadon, asset manager at Redevco, said: “The lettings to Charlotte Tilbury and Isle of Avalon are the final pieces in the jigsaw for Hanningtons. Since acquiring Hanningtons 10 years ago, we have strived to create an exciting and sustainable tenant mix that brings a new dimension to this vibrant city.” GCW advised Redevco; KLM Real Estate advised Charlotte Tilbury.
