Recruitment agency takes short-term space at former ITV studio

Recruitment agency Annapurna has taken a short-term lease on space in the former ITV studios on London’s South Bank. Annapurna will lease 6,000 sq ft on the ninth floor of the 25-storey London Studios, with rolling break clauses from next summer to allow for redevelopment of the site.  Mitsubishi Estate and CO-RE bought the 2.5 acre site for £145.6m last November. Designs for a redevelopment, which are yet to finalised, are expected to centre on new office space.  CO-RE director Bradley Baker described the Annapurna leasing as “a very positive start to our short-term flexible leasing initiative”.
