RDI REIT announces flurry of deals
RDI REIT has signed a series of new lettings across the UK.
At Canbury Business Park in Kingston upon Thames, existing tenant Sitel has signed a new five-year lease for 24,000 sq ft before its existing lease expires in September. The new rent of £672,000 pa equates to £28 per sq ft.
The remaining space at the 37,457 sq ft office scheme has been let to Interval International on a 10-year lease with a break at year five for £29.50 per sq ft.

At Farnborough Southwood Business Park in Hampshire, two previously vacant units have been let at between £13.50 and £14 per sq ft, delivering an annualised rent of £175,295.
At Waterside Leeds, a new 10-year lease has been agreed with sole tenant the Department for Housing, Communities and Local Government. The rent remains unchanged at £398,650 pa (£11 per sq ft) with the equivalent of 26 months’ rent-free agreed in the form of a stepped rent profile.
At Express Park Distribution Centre in Bridgwater, Somerset, the lease on Unit 3B has been extended by 16 years.
