RBC joins IPSX as lead adviser
RBC Capital Markets has formally joined the International Property Securities Exchange as its first lead adviser.
IPSX will be the first regulated securities exchange for the initial public offering and trading of companies owning single commercial property assets.
RBC will advise and support the exchange’s issuers through the IPO process on admission to trading, along with other key transactions.

IPSX said it is in talks with early potential issuers, including owner occupiers, sovereign wealth funds, and major quoted real estate and private real estate funds.
