Radius DX league: Knight Frank keeps top spot in Cardiff

Knight Frank has retained its position as top office agent in Cardiff, after transacting almost 260,000 sq ft in 2018.

Together with Gerald Eve and JLL, Knight Frank acted on the largest deal of the year, the sale of Woodland House, a 84,750 sq ft former Tesco call centre, for £3.3m. The purchase by occupier, the Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board, continues a trend of public sector occupiers dominating office take-up in key cities.

Knight Frank was also involved in the disposal of the second- and third-largest deals of the year, letting 65,091 sq ft to Admiral at No 3 Capital Quarter and 30,453 sq ft to Geldards at No 4 Capital Quarter.
