Quintet of tenants signed at Newcastle’s Cobalt Park
Five new lettings totalling 42,579 sq ft have been agreed at Cobalt Park in Newcastle.
Serviced office provider Regus has taken a three-storey building measuring 30,000 sq ft, while cataract surgery specialist SpaMedica has taken 10,000 sq ft, both on a 10-year leases.
In addition, 2,579 sq ft will be occupied by retailers Geordie Banger Company and Hog Roast Deli, with bakery chain Greggs doubling the size of its current facility.

Cobalt Park, which is operated by Highbridge Properties, provides 2.5m sq ft of offices set in 91 acres of green space. Other tenants on the park incluude Sage, Procter & Gamble, EE, Tesco and Newcastle Building Society.
