Quinata buys Kings House & Queens House offices in Harrow for 374-flat residential scheme
Quinata Property Group has bought Kings House & Queens House in Harrow for £33.8m for an office-to-residential conversion.
The twin office building, which sits between St. George’s shopping centre and the bus station in Harrow town centre, was being sold by a jv between Dandi Living and Longbow.
They bought the buildings at the end of 2014 for £23.3m, before submitting applications for conversion to residential.

The latest plans for the scheme see the 154,000 sq ft of office space being converted into 374 apartments, with a potential GDV of £100m.
Quinata focuses on residential development opportunities within London and the M25, many of which are office-to-residential conversions. It has around 1,500 units at various stages of development and a total portfolio value of around £750m.
It bought One Olympic Way, Wembley, for £35.5m as a residential development opportunity at the beginning of the year.
