PwC signed as anchor tenant at Bradford’s One City Park
PwC is set to relocate to One City Park, the new grade-A offices in Bradford’s Centenary Square, by June 2024.
The lease was signed for 27,050 sq ft across two floors at £22 per sq ft.
The office is expected to allow the professional services firm to continue its expansion plans in the city and increase its workforce to around 500 employees over the next few years.

PwC opened its first office in Bradford in 2019, employing 66 people. It now has a workforce of 181 working across audit support and managed services functions.
The firm currently occupies 16,000 sq ft at 5 Godwin Street.
One City Park has been built on the site of the former West Yorkshire Police headquarters and features 56,403 sq ft of sustainable, modern workspace. The building has been delivered by Muse, in partnership with Bradford Metropolitan District Council, with support from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership.
