Purplebricks will sell houses for free as it attempts to claw back market share.
The online estate agent has said it will value a home, list it on Zoopla and handle the negotiation process free of charge.
Instead, it hopes to make its money by selling optional extras to customers, such as listing the home on another property search website, premium listings, better photography, video tours and hosted viewings.
