Pure Business Group to open new HQ at Liverpool Waters

Legal services provider Pure Business Group has announced it will open a new head office in Liverpool after signing a 10-year lease at Peel’s Liverpool Waters. It will occupy the whole fourth floor (9,500 sq ft) of No. 8 Princes Dock. Pure Business Group is moving to Liverpool city centre to assist with its growth plans. This will be its fifth site, comprising a total of 30,000 sq ft, alongside sites in Prescot and York. It joins wealth management firm Elite Synergy, which also recently signed a 10-year lease at No 8 Princes Dock. The space is already home to Savills, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Phil Hodgkinson, chief executive of Pure Business Group, said: “We are growing our business and we needed a move that not only allows us to invest in our people, providing a new environment that will improve productivity and make efficiency gains, but also gives us access to a new client base and talent pool as we increase our head count to 300 over the course of this financial year.” The Liverpool Waters team was advised by CBRE for both transactions.
